UNABLE TO CONNECT AFTER UPDATE

I am unable to connect to another PC remotely after updating to TeamViewer 14.

    Which operating system have you used?
    Have you got any error messages? If so, what did it say?

    I'm using Windows 10, the error message that kept popping up was "not using the updated version" but even after updating that pop up still appears. and another error window would appear saying "reason unknown".
