We have one customer with frequent connection issues.
The connection ends with CMD_ENDSESSION with reason: IPC_Error
The customer is running teamviewer as a service.

Sorry, I assumed it was a manned machine. If there are no other means of access available, I'm afraid it will not help.
To prevent this in the future you can schedule automatic reboots (that's what helpen me out).

Thanks for the info...is there anyway I can do that remotely on my Server TV? The laptop is long way from my current location and not accessible. (Hence the TV).
Restarting the client computer resolved the issue for me.
I am seeing a similar problem. I am running TV14 and controlling 2 laptops remotely. On the Computers & Contacts screen of the App I can see that both laptops are online. One laptop is accessible just find and I can remote access into it. One laptop is failing to connect with the following message in the logfile:
Carrier[54]::CmdEndSession():Recieved CMD_ENDSESSION with reason: IPC_Error
Does anyone know how I can resolve this message so that I can get access to the laptop without having to actually visit the laptop in question??
