Cannot use Teamviewer when connected over VPN

Hi,

 

We use a VPN solution at work (Pulse Secure) and have noticed recently that we cannot connect to our TV hosts when users are on this VPN. I'm pretty sure its never always been like this.  We can connect when not on VPN fine, as soon as they connect it obvisouly kills the connection but it doesnt restart a connection. Just says Host not running on remote user. 

 

Is there anything you can advise? I dont want to set all hosts to show IPs really.

    You should check your routing table.
    I can only guess that your GateWay is set to remote host (behind the VPN).
