team viewer not connected
i have windows server 2008
tried enything... but still not working
So the computer show as online in your Computers and Contacts list? Does the Server show up on it? Have you tried disabling any firewalls on the server (as a diagnostic step)? Does the Server have internet access?
I am having the same problem. Please help! Im in the midwest. The other two computers in my office are connecting just fine without being asked for the partner's number.
