HiI could log into my team viewer account and connect with computers using only wifi. Login fails using mobile data. (4g)
I am in Australia, using Telstra network, having the same issue.
when using 4G it doesn't work, but switch to 3G it works...
Country India.
Using airtel 4G and Jio 4G not connecting in both.
Sign in failed check your internet connection and try again.
I can log into my account and connect computers using Wifi.
