My mother is 84 and just had eye surgery - may be losing partial eyesight permanently. She is having trouble with her phone and yesterday i noticed that she had about 15 voicemails dating back for 3 weeks and she got really upset because she cant see the VM icon and is having trouble getting the VM's. I really need to have a way to access her phone remotely so i can help her when she needs it. Because of her eyee sight issues, its not practical for her to send a connection code each time she needs help. we need the same type of EZ access from remote PC that we have with th eTeam Viewer 12 desktop app - please hlep and let me know if this can be done somehow
