Possible Violation of EULA

I just received this email in my inbox today and I'm not sure if it's SPAM or if TV somehow thinks I'm using it for commercial use. If you do think this, then I'd like to know EXACTLY what the system is detecting that makes them think so. I use this to connect to my personal PC and on ocassion my parents to assist them.
