Don't receive the "Trusted device" email

We have this issue that some of our users don't receive the "Trusted device" email, therefore they cant enable their PCs to use teamviewer 14. We already checked our antispam filters, especially for the signin-noreply@teamviewer.com address. Furthermore the activation email correctly arrives to other our users, all under the same email domain.
How do can we solve this issue?
