[SOLVED] Mouse doesn't work on remote machine

I solved my problem:

1. Open the Task Manager on remote machine (If you cannot open this window with mouse, you can do that, clicking in the "actions" button from the top of TeamViewer menu and clicking in "Send Ctrl+Alt+Del" button. After, choose "Task Manager" selecting it with keys from keyboard and press "Enter" key);
2. Search for IPoint.exe program using the TAB and Arrows keys from keyboard;
3. Finalize this program as you want, just finalize, using the "Menu" key from keyboard (generally, this key is beside of Windows key on the right side).
4. Solved and enjoyMenu key

I can't even find ipoint.exe in the task list...
