Device Offline

I log into my wife's PC at her office to check her schedule, and I can log into several of my sibling's PC's when they need help, but when I try to log into my own PC from my phone, it says my PC is offline, and has been for months.  I used to be able to reach my PC via my smart phone in the past.  What might have changed?

Thanks for your post.

You could check 

• whether the TeamViewer is actively running on your computer and
• whether the TeamViewer ID shown on your computer  is equal to the one you are trying to connect to
