Unable to connect , a connection could not be established . Reason unknown

I can’t connect to remote computers , the windows xp with scanner and the snow leopard MacBook I use camera as security cam to check up on my cat at home ... I am getting this error , frustrating. What is wrong ?

It was until you broke it for those systems ... not good for re-use and reducing ewaste

The TeamViewer version might not be compatible with the hardware you are using.
