MSRA.exe wont open when TV is running

Hi,

I have a weird issue, after the windows 1903 update my remote assistance (msra.exe) does not work when teamviewer is running. it does work if TV is not running.

I already uninstalled and re-installed TV and same issue.

Any ideas?

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately, TeamViewer version 12 is not supported on the latest Windows 1903 - was even not supported with Windows 1809.
