Firstly, Thank you for your prompt and amazingly quick response, 5 stars for such quick service.
I've tried my current e-mail address and several other e-mail addresses however the system keeps saying sorry we could not like your e-mail address to a license.
My company Imperial purchased a license last year in November and it expires in October 2019.
Please can you advise how I can retrieve my credentials. If you need me to attach informaiton related to the purchase I can do so.
