Chromebook and windows 10

I notice that my Acer Chromebook N16-p1 can connect to older versions of Windows, but not Windows 10. I purchased the business version of TV ver 12. Has anyone had success with this connection type?

    TeamViewer 12 is not compatible with all Windows 10 versions.
