Quick Support Samsung Galaxy M20 - keine Steuerung? Add-on?

Hello,

however quick support doesn't seem to work on a Samsung Galaxy M20 with Android 9 (Pie).
I always get the error messages: remote control not supported due to firmware limitations".

Furthermore the installation of the Samsung add-on is not possible. Error message: "Add-on: Samsung" cannot be installed.

On Huawei it is working great with Android 9.

Can anybody help?

Irgendwie scheint Quick Support auf einem Samsung Galaxy M20 mit Android 9 (Pie) nicht  zu funktionieren.

Es kommt immer ""Fernsteuerung wird aufgrund von Firmware-Einschränkungen nicht unterstützt"". Die Installation des Add-On für Samsung ist auch nicht möglich. Fehlermeldung: "Add-on: Samsung"  kann nicht installiert werden.

Kann jemand hier weiterhelfen?

Bei Huawei Smartphones funktioniert es auch mit Android 9 einwandfrei.

I am facing the same issue even  after granting all special access. Says "This device supports screen sharing only"
