Cancel my subscription
Received an email that invoice was attached and my subscription renewed. I never received a notification that my subscription was up for renewal. Sent an email to cancel my subscription for next year and received a reply that I needed to cancel no less than 28 days before renewal which is what I thought I was doing. Sent another email asking for confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled. Have not received a response. If you call the phone number no one answers. So Frustrating!!

We are sorry to hear that you do not wish to renew your subscription.
All cancellations must be submitted in written form by submitting a ticket.
The written requests must be received by TeamViewer at least 28 days before the end of the initial or renewal term.
