Received an email that invoice was attached and my subscription renewed. I never received a notification that my subscription was up for renewal. Sent an email to cancel my subscription for next year and received a reply that I needed to cancel no less than 28 days before renewal which is what I thought I was doing. Sent another email asking for confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled. Have not received a response. If you call the phone number no one answers. So Frustrating!!
