Hi @hakaemje,
Behind the message it seems you are not yet connected (and not ready for connection)
It's correct?

Hi @hakaemje,
Ok. Verifies the availability of the license assigned to your account.
You should have received an email or invoice with the assigned license code. Go to the TeamViewer Web Management Console and verify that it is properly associated. Usually here the last 4 to 5 digits are listed in a combo box.
You can access the web Management Console via https://www.teamviewer.com -> Login, or from your TeamViewer client: Connections -> Open Management Console
Do not report your license codes in your answers!!! Just check that the association is the one you expect.Regards

combo box?

Yes,
I have a Corporate License but is quite similar.
You must check your Profile from Management Console.

Hi @hakaemje
I'm pretty sure it's a lack of license association. Looking at the second image you sent, I do not see the Business labeling under your name.
This is yours:
This is mine:Let me know

I don't have a corporate account. Just business account.

From your TeamvViewer client Extras --> License Activation, what is shown?

I've activated, and can see my devices in management console. I can connect to macs and pc. I just suddenly can't connect to android devices. I've edited profile and added my pc. There is just no where to get a code like yours.

Sorry, my mistake
Compare License Bundles and Features
Connect to mobile and smart devices: It marks NO...with this info * With a Business license, you can use your account on up to 3 devices (e.g. computers, servers, or mobile devices). I think connection FROM and not TO.
I do not know what to answer

Well that **bleep** with the free version I could connect to everything, but business locks me out of android. Wow. Oh well, at least I have a week to revert.

Thank you very much for your assistance. I really appreciate it.

If I understand right the business license allows to connect from a mobile device to a PC (mobile2PC), NOT in the opposite way (PC2mobile); for that you would need a premium license; it's clearly shown in your pictures.

Hi @hakaemje,
Look, I apologize. I'm not very involved in commercial matters and how did you understand I could not solve your problem.
Other times, there have been problems updating due to incorrect receipt of the license. I thought of a similar problem.
Still, I'm sorry.Regards

Sorry, he bought a business!
Business: PC2PC, Mobile2PC
Premium: PC2PC, PC2Mobile, Mobile2PC.
(Mi sembra abbastanza chiaro :smileywink:)

Going from free to business I thought was premium. Free was a pain with time limit, but at least I could connect to anyone.

Hi @Thiersee,
You are right, I read the wrong line.
Premium and Corporate guarantee the service.
