I tried to install the TeamViewer app into Zendesk. I followed the instructions creating a text field called TeamViewer Session ID. I then copied the Custom Field ID into the TeamViewer settings. The rest of the install went to plan but when I run Zendesk I get an error saying "TeamViewer field is missing, please consult the app installation instructions." What have I missed?
