Installation stuck on installing service

My installer is stuck on this step:

Installing TeamViewer service \Program Files (x86)\TeamViewer\TeamViewer_Service.exe

I also have the same issue, except, I can't pull up Task Manager and it kills my Internet connection, everything freezes. I have to force restart the pc before I can do anything again. Win 10 20H2 x64.

I have the same problem with Teamviewer 14. I have killed the installer and my client Teamviewer run. But after the reboot of computer, Teamviewer is automaticaly uninstalled.
Have you an idea ?

It just happened to me and I killed the task in task manager. Then I went on C:\Program Files\TeamViewer, I launched the exe, and it worked with no issues. Try
