  • After upgrading from Ubuntu 18.04 to 19.10 I am getting exactly the same error message. Is there any resolution available already? Btw, Teamviewer was running fine before the upgrade!

    Thanks

  • I think I found the issue:

My PC is working with a NVIDIA graphics card and after deleting the graphics driver and re-installing it, all is good again. By the way, my system is a amd64 bit system. In general it is strongly recommended to de-install the nvidia driver BEFORE upgrading to a new Ubuntu version (which I did not do this time).

Hope this helps anyone that is getting the same issue

    Kind regards
