When Autodesk 3ds Max is launched all of the viewports are blank

Hello
When Autodesk 3ds Max is launched all of the viewports are blank. If I switch 3dsmax graphic mode from nitrous direct3D to opengl , it works but 3dsmax doesn't like it.

I'm using Teamviewer 12.0.77242.

Do you know how to fix this?

Is it happening when your screen is on?

In my case, as soon as the screen is off, teamviewer can"t cast the 3dsmax viewport.

I had to buy this to fix this: : [removed per Community Guidelines]

Did you ever find a solution to this? I also have this problem. I'm sure it didnt occur in earlier versions.
