Cant use TeamViewer web connector or chromebook

Im trying to use TeamViewer on my chromebook at school through web connector but the option to do so is greyed out. Is there any way to re-enable this option? I have used it in the past but no longer can.

    i need to use this for school to do things that i cant do on chromebook and i cant get the app. Any help.
