Hi, downloaded the new version onto my Mac (Mojave OS v 10.14.3) and got errors trying to connect to remote desktops for supporting our clients.
Very frustrating. I got a message saying the host was running a newer version, forced to check for updates then checks and comes back to say I'm running the latest version.
So, I uninstalled and re-downloaded and installs. Now it won't even open.
Any thoughts please?
