Partner Incompatible, updated but still cannot connect

it first complained that my partner has a newer version. I then updated my version to 14.7.1965.
it still complains about incompatibility. gives me option to cancel or update. I click update. It then says 14.7.1965 is the newest version available
HELP!

working now. went to website. downloaded version 15 from there

BTW - I am on a Mac and the client is on WIndows with Teamviewer version 15.
