Thank you for your post.

The screenshot shows, that you are the owner of a Business license. But the company profile and manageing user permission is not included in the Business license, since it's a single user license. The trial license, that is over was the one of trialing the company profile.

If you need a company profile and connection reports, please consider to buy a Premium license. You are still able to use your Business license as you are used to.
