Changed email address, but still get news from Teamvewer in the old one
I changed my email address some months ago, but I still get newletters from Teamviewer in my old email address AND in the new one. So I wanted to delete my old account, if it's still recheable.
I tried to connect with my old email address, but I forgot the password. I asked for a password reset 3 or 4 time but, as many other users, I never get the email with the reset link.
What can I do for wiping any information about my old email address in your database? Just forget it. Completely. :-) Thank you
