On January 7 2020, I have purchased TeamViewer Single User Business License.
My order number is **Please do not post TeamViewer IDs**.
It has been more than 48 hours since I purchased TeamViewer and my license is still a free license.
My credit card has been charged by TeamViewer.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
On January 7 2020, I have clicked the link in the email that TeamViewer sent me. Nothing happened. My license is still a free license.
Today, January 9 2020, I tried to click the link that was sent to me 2 days ago. There was an error message "The token is invalid."
What should I do? Please help.
