Failed payment and lost money
I was proceeding with the license purchase and got back the "timeout" result. My bank account was charged the corresponding fee yet I received no email nor license and now have no way to open a support ticket.
Can someone tell me how to proceed with this, I need to either get my supposed license or at least the the money back.
