Connecting Issues

I am running TM 15.2.2756 on both my MacBook Air and IMac (home computer).  I can connect fine when both computers are at home, but when I have the laptop at hospital I get the "Either your partner isn't connected to the internet or your partner's TeamViewer isn't running yet" message.
