black screen after connecting from win10 to win7

Hello, just recently teamviewer 15 (even updated to the last current version) stopped working when I try to connect from my win10 desktop to my notebook with win7 and mom's desktop with win7 too and then I try to connect from  my win7 notebook to any win7 or 10 desktops it works fine. So tell please whats the problem, is it on my
