Can not install QuickSupport Add-On on Philips TV Android 8

Hi, 

QuickSupport (with Add-On) was included in TV firmware with Android 7.

After upgrade TV's firmware to latest version (Android 8), where is no more QuickSupport by default installed. After Installation QuickSupport  1.5.2.41QS from GP comes just offer to submit a support ticket to get Add-On. There is no possibility to do this (Annonounce "Support only for licenced users" on Support page).

What can i do???? Why after proud support presentation https://www.teamviewer.com/en/company/press/teamviewer-extends-remote-support-to-smart-tv-sets/ it is disontinued??
