can't connect to the computer

Hi,

I need to remote control a computer. I get the ID and input it under the partner ID , click on " Connect to partner". Then on the bottom of TeamViewer shows "Connecting". I waited for a few minutes, then the status just changes to "Ready to connect(secure connection)".

It doesn't connect to the computer without any error message. I've tried many times but all failed. What's wrong with it ?

Try looking in the log file, under the "Extras" drop down menu.
