Did sign-in server fail to respond to you, too?


since a week or two i cannot connect to my account using my mac on teamview, it was working ok before.

i have the error : 

Sign In request failed! The server did not respond.

Please try again.


But i can login on my iPhone and access to my remote computer.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the mac app but the problem is still the same

Did someone have the same problem ?
