Billing issue / reciving license

Hi all, we've bought 3 days ago 3 license for remote access, few moments after the purchase i've recieve 2 invoice and only 1 license, i'm still waiting for 2 license to use teamviewer and the last invoice to deliver the payment.

Is there any way to retrieve the 2 missing license ?
