Ensuring only my company can remote login to android devices

Can I install Quicksuppport on remote android devices and prevent 3rd parties (only our IT staf) from doing a remote session into the devices?

Thanks for your message.

I would give the following a try: whitelisting the accounts of your IT staff members. With this, only members of your IT can make connections.

Unfortunately, I have no Android here at home to test it, but if possible you can try the following.

1. Create a policy with a whitelist for all members of your IT department (or your company profile)
2. Assign the policy to the group you will add the Android devices to.
3. Login to the Management Console and go to Design & Deploy: https://login.teamviewer.com/nav/deploy
4. Click on +Add custom module and choose Android Host

    

    

5. Choose a group in which all devices will be added automatically
6. Click save
7. Deploy the Android Host to all devices
