Do i need a business licence for iphone screen sharing?

I am trying to help my parents who have just received new phones to set them up correctly.

They both live in another country so I can't just pop round.

They have managed to install the QS app and I can connect without screen sharing no problem.

as soon as I try to use the screen sharing part it tells me I need an add on.

when I click through to try to buy the add on nothing is available.

I don't mind paying for the service if it is going to work

anyone had this?

they have followed those guidelines exactly, and I can connect to the device without screen sharing

DO you guide your parents to adjust the settings on their phones, as they appear to this post?

Probably applying these settings will give you the result you want.
