Can't connect to my company's computer

I updayed to Chrome but I can't access my company's Partner ID Please advise. The email is [personal information removed] but it said it an old version. When I updated, i can't access my work computer

I guess we need a bit more input to be able to help you:
- What TeamViewer version are you using on your device?
- What operating system are you using on your device?
- What TeamViewer version are you using on the remote device?
- What operating system are you using on the remote device?
- Do you have a TeamViewer license that would allow you connecting to an older TeamViewer version or are you using the free plan?
