No control window after connecting

Hi,

I am attempting to remote control another computer with Linux from a Windows 10 laptop, initially teamviewer displays that it is connecting, however after a couple of seconds this dissapears.

Previously, this used to work flawless and a control window would appear such that I could operate the computer from this laptop.

Does anyone have any clue how to resolve this issue?
