Sometimes teamviewer changes id and I see the machine offline into my computers&contacts.
How can I see the new ID?

The only reason I have seen TeamViewer change its ID on the same machine is if you are switching users on the machine. As for retreiving the ID, some one local to the machine has to read it to you or log in as the user you are expecting.
