Stuck in Intitialiazing Parameters Display

Hello,

I was using team viewer 15.4 to remote contol a pc which I don 't have physical access because it is in another city. During last session that pc RAM-overflowed and that had as a result to terminate that session and since then everytime I am trying to reconnect, teamviewer stucks at initializing parameters display. When I connect through file transfer mode everything works normally. Is there any way to reboot that pc remotelly?

As we published a new version (v15.5.3), could you please update TeamViewer on both sides and check if it works again?
