Provide Teamviewer by Citrix / Account details
Hello, we are using MobileIron Help@Works to support our users using i-Devices. For this we make use of the MI/Teamviewer cooperation.
To allow our Helpdesk agents (around 80) around the globe to use Teamviewer with the good settings and proper account we would like to distribute the Teamviewer app to those agents using Citrix.
It`s working quite well but i would like to know if there is a way to ensure that all users launching the app can make use of the proper account already (means to ensure that any new app user is signed in with our MI/Teamviewer account directly).
As far as i know we can only have one account assigned to the MI/Teamviewer account. Assuming this is correct we would need to share the account credentials with all existing/new agents. And sharing credentials for an "corporate" account is not what i would like to do.
