for the last year I have been using TV with company licence. Because they decided not to prolongate the licence I have uninstalled TV.
Right now I would like to use it for personal use and connect to home computer but I can't. I have tried on tv11 and tv 12 and on both I recevie the following message: "Not ready. check your internet connection (and there is nothing on your id and your password).
Of course my internet connection works. If I try tv10 - it works.
I suspect, that there are some registry information left, which disallow for proper connection. What can I do to be able to connect again ?

If you think it was Registry info, when you uninstalled TeamViewer previously did you check of the "remove Settings" check box?If my post was helpful, Please throw me a Kudos.
