Payment is not possible
I am trying to pay an invoice but the website https://service.teamviewer.com/en-it/payment/ doesn't work.
How i can solve the problem?

@patrizia0103 are you using a VPN that might locate you in a different country than Italy?
If yes, you will need to deactivate the VPN for the payment.

I recommend you to try later and see if it works.
If not, you still can pay the invoice via bank transfer.
Our bank information is at the bottom of the invoice.best,

Yes probably it is better pay the invoice via bank transfer. Where i can deactivated the automatic renew of subscription? I don't have access to portal website.

for the remote access license is not possible to open a ticket or to call the number. I tried several time. Now i sent an email to salesteam@teamviewer.com.
It is very hard honestly to manage this kind of things here. Usually it should be simple to deactivate a subscription but i am trying to do it since 3 hours...without success.

With the Remote Access license, you have access to support via ticket.
All you need to do first is to activate your license on a TeamViewer account.
Once this is done, you will be able to submit tickets via the link: https://support.teamviewer.com/a/
