My license is close to expiring. When I try login to renew the license I keep getting an "Unfortunately, you have not activated your Customer Portal account. Please click on the activation link sent after your purchase" message and can't login to my account to renew the license.
How do I manage my account / licenses renewal if I'm unable to access the client portal.
