Can't play the recording of our last session

Dear support team,

We have recently started using a "Company" Blizz license and have had very good experience.

Unfortunately we cannot play the recording of our last web seminar. Otherwise it worked without any problems.

Can the following file be saved somehow?

Note: Other files from this day and from this PC can be played without any problems.
