Android black screen on connection

Hi,

We have setup our MDM to connect to team viewer but when we connect to a device we only get a black screen but we can actually control the device bizarrely.

We are using 15.7.6 on the desktop clinet and 15.7.101 QS on androind

It it setup on Androind for Work.

Any help would be appreciated.
