Email Change

Hi.

I changed my Email Adress in my Profile but I'm not receiving an Validation Email.
The Email Adresse is correct, @TeamViewer.com is whitelisted and my SPAM Folder is empty.

Tried with it with a different Mail Adress and nothing changed. 
Can someone from Teamviewer Support please contact me to help?

    Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! ?

    Unfortunately, the support only assists customers (with a professional license).

    What you can do, is to request the deletion of your account by sending an e-mail to privacy@teamviewer.com, and create a TeamViewer account with the new e-mail you want to use.
