I've been having trouble "elevating" a quick support session with a customer to an unattended access host. I've been following this procedure: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Bd9Yi3l6jg
Every time I attempt to install my custom host application, or the default host, it fails with a "an error occurred while updating teamviewer please check logfile for more information" message.
Most recently, I attempted to upgrade my teamviewer app on my PC with the arrow in the interface. I got the same error locally.
