hello , i already buy license but i cant use, and TEAMVIEWER SUPPORT not respond when i try call and email. and email.

i already try contact support but not respond , i try make a ticket but can't because the link always redirect to community. now 5 days from date i buy license and cant use it. i dont know why it's so long time , i just want my license because i already pay it.
