My Security Blocks access to my TeamViewer account
I have a corporate teamviewer 15 account.
I was out of town visiting with family and did not have access to my Work email account. So I installed teamviewer on my Sisters PC, and attempted to login to my work PC.
I guess the security protocol is to send me an email to validate that I can trust the PC I am attempting to connect from.
However, I was using Teamviewer in an attempt to login to my work PC to access my work email. That is to say, I could not add my sisters PC to the trusted list of computers because I did not have access to my work email or PC.
Is there a way to get around this?

Hi @woodd,
Thanks for your message and I'm more than happy to help!
As an alternative to the Trusted Devices authorization process, you can enable two-factor authentication on your account instead. If you are using two-factor authentication, then the Trusted Devices authorization email won’t be required anymore when you sign into your account on a new device.
Learn which Security codes and apps you can use for your two-factor authentication.
You can find more information about the activation and deactivation of two-factor authentication here.
I hope this helps.
Best regards,
Fiona
